3. Do you take walk-ins or emergencies?
We are by appointment only to ensure every pet receives proper time and attention. If your pet has an emergency, please call us so we can advise you or refer you to an emergency facility.

5. Do you offer spay/neuter services?
Yes! We provide routine spay and neuter surgeries, and we’re happy to answer any questions about the best time to schedule them for your pet.

You can request refills through our online pharmacy or by calling the clinic. Please allow 24–48 hours for processing.
7. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, debit, credit cards, and CareCredit. Payment is due at the time of service.
8. Do you offer pet insurance or work with specific providers?
While we do not process pet insurance claims directly, we’re happy to provide itemized invoices and medical records to help you file with your insurance provider.
9. What if my pet is nervous or fearful at the vet?
We’re experienced in handling anxious pets with gentle care. If your pet gets very nervous, let us know ahead of time so we can make accommodations.
